This anti-slip doorway pull up bar without screws is safe and will not damage your door frame as it doesn't need any screws for installation. Locking mechanism avoids the bar getting slipped when you are do pull ups. The level meter on the middle of the bar makes sure that you installl the bar correctly on door frame. The large ends increase friction area on the surface of door frame so as to increase safety assurance. 

The main bar is made o 2mm thick steel tubes that is quite strong enough to load up to 200KGS. We adopt high quality thickened foam for grips to protect your palms.
